Our Member Contact Centre opens 24 hours a day, seven days a week,  operating in several languages. To ensure you receive assistance for any query, our Member Contact Centre is on hand to assist you in making  any necessary arrangements in regard to your Membership.

Reservations must be submitted to our Member Contact Centre by telephone, or email.
All reservations must be made by the Member or designated representative. Please identify yourself with your member ID number or complete name and study the conditions of each  Service Provider in the Privilege Book prior to making  the reservation.

To ensure you receive assistance for any queries, our Member Contact Centre is on hand to assist you with making any necessary arrangements in regards to your Membership.
