Sawasdee krab! Welcome to the August issue of the Thailand Elite Newsletter, here to bring you more news, information and happenings in giving more value to your membership. This month I have the great pleasure to tell you about a really good golf course in the south of Thailand, an excellent spa and several restaurants that offer unique cuisine in a comfortable setting. Ratchadawan Loetsillathong


Sawasdee kha. I am pleased to introduce myself as Ratchadawan Loetsillathong,Vice President – Adminis- tration and Commercial Activities. I began my career at Thailand Privilege Card during the early days in 2007 until the present totaling 9 years. I started as a Legal Manager and was promoted in 2010 to be the Administration Director.

Throughout the years of working in TPC I have always felt a sense of belonging and considered TPC my second home. This year I have been given the wonderful opportunity by the President of TPC and promoted to be the Vice President which I am very proud of and thankful for the chance to grow. I will carry out my duties to the best of my abilities to provide good service for the benefit of all members.

Nott Naganidhi


Thailand Privilege Card is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Nott Naganidhi to the position of Vice President of Commercial and Operations. Khun Nott grew up in the US and obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Methodist University in Business Administration. He has held various senior management positions in international private clubs while working directly with some of the most prestigious organizations including ClubCorp and IMG (International Management Group).

Over the span of his career, he has also developed and managed world class private golf clubs such as Ayodhaya Links Golf Club, Amata Spring Country Club and Rajpruek Club.

Nott Naganidhi’s vision for the future of TPC is to grow our membership base by offering valuable privileges and services as well as ensuring operational excellence in order to facilitate superior and consistent experiences for our valued members.

The 90-day reporting and the extension of stay in Thailand

If you are a regular of our newsletter you may recall that a few months ago I wrote about a very necessary regulation that all visitors are required to carry out, and that is the 90-day report. Very recently the Immigration Department has released a notice in regards to an additional form that is required to be filled up when completing the 90-day reporting and the extension of stay in Thailand with details as follow:

“This form shall be used for the recording of information of every alien entering and staying in the Kingdom of Thailand and shall be submitted with the notification of residences for aliens (section 37, 38 of Immigration Act, BE, 2522), or 90-days notification, or Extension of Stays (all purposes), or Re-entry Permits, or in all cases involving alien labor.”

Section 1 is for the recording officer to fill in his own details.
Section 2 is for the information about the “alien”
     1. Full name, date of birth, passport number, and names of both father and mother
     2. Full address and telephone numbers in home country
     3. Full address and telephone numbers of your home and work in Thailand
     4. Social media and email (this is optional)
     5. Car make, model, colour and license plate
     6. Frequently visited places or premises such as clubs, restaurants, shops, hospital etc
     7. Emergency contact details for one Thai and one foreign national
     8. Bank account details such as bank, branch, account name and account number.
         This is only required for certain types of visa applications
